You probably hear a lot about diets and eating on TV. If you’re confused about healthy eating, you’re not alone. Most adults are confused, too. So we’re going to make it really simple for you.
First of all, forget the word “diet.” Let’s just think healthy. Food is the fuel that makes your body go and grow and depriving yourself of any food or food group doesn’t really help your health or make you feel better.
There are certain foods that are really, really good for you, so to be healthy, you need to eat more of the good foods and less of the not-so-healthy foods. Simple?
