Equipment

What equipment do I need to Get Sweaty?

Great news! You don’t need to spend any money to get and stay healthy. Our trainers will show you how to make your own equipment by using things you can find around the house. They’ll work just was well as any equipment you could buy and being creative is so much more fun!!!

  • Milk jug weights - Plastic milk jugs have a handy handle to grip and use as weights.
Start by using an empty milk jug and as you get stronger, add about a 1/4 cup of sand
to make the jug a little heavier.

  • Sandbags - Use a plastic zip bag and put 1/4 cup of sand in the bag. As you get stronger,
add more sand a 1/4 cup at a time.

  • Agility Ladder - When your Daily Sweat calls for using the agility ladder, you can just
make one yourself. Take pencils, rulers, string, sticks or towels and place them on the
floor about 18" apart. Your trainer will tell you what to do in the  Daily Sweat.
  • Soup cans and water bottles - These make great weights. Just make a run to the pantry
    when it's time to GetSweaty!
