        How to use GetSweaty

GetSweaty makes it easy for you to incorporate physical activity
into your busy class schedule. Our video workouts change daily
and are all set up and ready to play with the push of a button.

You can use GetSweaty in a group with one computer, or have
your students use it on individual computers at school or at home.
As long as they are registered as part of your CREW, you'll be
able to track their usage and progress via our Teacher Tool and be
eligible for
Cash for Class.

There is mounting evidence that physical activity
improves academic performance and school behavior.
By having your class exercise along with GetSweaty,
you will be helping with their general health and well-being
as well as their school performance.

Here are some of the suggested ways to use GetSweaty.

Recess
GetSweaty provides an instant recess tool with a
Daily Sweat that lasts between 10 and 15 minutes.

to get your students moving more times each week

In the classroom and after school programs

activity into any class or program. Use GetSweaty

important moderate to vigorous activity kids get in each session.

Daily Energizer
The Junkyard also features three minute Daily Energizers,
perfect for use at the beginning of the day or before a test.

Test Outcomes
